Before Italia/Gal, Ken was the COO of Omnicom’s $120 million Los Angeles office of Tracy-Locke. Ken is married and has 3 daughters. His love of sports and his daughters lead him down the path of coaching girl's softball. After work, when he is not coaching his youngest daughter on the softball field, he probably on his way to Marlborough High School where he is the varsity softball coach.
